What is being sold

A single private instruction session, normally one hour, taught by ครู Jason Somchay of Ragin Fight Fitness, LLC. Sessions are sold one at a time. There is no membership and no ongoing commitment on either side.

Applying is not booking

Sending an application does not reserve anything and costs nothing. Ragin Fight Fitness decides which applications to accept and may decline without giving a reason.

You apply once. If you are accepted, later hours are booked from the link the gym sends you — you do not fill the application in again, and there is no fee for applying at any point.

Price and payment

Applying is free, always.

A booked session is paid for in cash, to ครู Jason. The price is the rate he set for you, shown on your booking page. This site does not charge a card for these bookings, and no booking fee is added.

You agree to pay it when you book: your booking page asks you to tick “I accept the terms and I will pay ครู Jason $[amount] in cash for this session”, with your amount in place of [amount], and the booking is not made until you do.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

You may move a booked hour once, before it starts, from your booking page. There is no way to cancel a booked hour yourself.

If ครู Jason or Ragin Fight Fitness cancels the session, you owe nothing for it.

If you do not turn up, you still owe the cash for that hour. That applies to the hour you booked (or moved it to) and nothing else: never a pack, a month, or anything not yet booked.

No card is charged for these bookings, so there is no card refund.

Physical risk

Muay Thai and kickboxing are contact sports and carry a real risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for judging your own fitness to train. Declare injuries, illness or conditions on the application form, and again before the session starts. Nothing here is medical advice.

Conduct

Instruction may be ended without refund for behaviour that is unsafe, intoxicated, threatening or abusive.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, liability is limited to the price of the session in question.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
