Rescheduling and refunds

What you pay

Applying is free. A booked hour is paid for in cash, to ครู Jason: the amount on your booking page, which you agree to pay when you tick the box and confirm. No card is charged on this site for these bookings, and no booking fee is added.

Moving, missing, and cancelling

• One move. You can reschedule a booked hour once, before it starts, from your booking page.
• If ครู Jason cancels, you owe nothing. The same goes if Ragin Fight Fitness cancels the session.
• If you do not turn up, you still owe the cash. It applies to that hour only, never to a pack, a month, or anything you have not booked.
• There is no way to cancel a booked hour yourself. The one move is what exists for a change of plan.

Refunds

No card is charged for these bookings, so there is no card refund. Cash is settled between you and ครู Jason.
